Landscaping Products
The process we use to make our greenwaste compost is an open-air windrow system. It is PAS 100 and Compost Quality Protocol compliant. It is managed to ensure that it reaches temperatures to eradicate weeds etc. and retain the correct moisture levels. The product will always be consistent, traceable, standardised and safe. As well as having a direct benefit to the soil to which it is applied, compost produced from recycled garden waste also


The process in brief –
- Loads delivered to site are inspected and scored to ensure they meet the requirements.
- The greenwaste is shredded smaller, which speeds up the composting process and made into batches with a unique code to give the traceability.
- It then goes through a sanitisation and stabilisation phase which are fully monitored. During these phases, temperature and moisture are monitored and turning takes place.
- Batches are then screened, when any oversize is removed and is then left a further two weeks to mature. If a Batch is due for sampling this the takes place.
- We are fully audited annually by an independent company to ensure we are complying with the PAS100 process.
Soils
We offer the following soils –
- Screened topsoil. Good quality soil which is screened to remove stones etc – when available
- Top soil/compost blend. Screened top soil blended with our PAS100 compost – always available when weather permits
- Grade 2 soil. Ideal for backfilling or levelling

Redwood Bark / Wood Chip
Used as mulch – The main benefit is for weed control, it works by suppressing light to the soil surface and reducing the likelihood of weed growth. It regulates the soil temperature and retains moisture.
Used for top dressing/decorative purposes for flower beds and borders .
